Flat Screen TVs Can Be A Woman’s Best Friend
I don’t watch television that much. When I do, it’s always the news or a few police procedurals. I never saw the need to buy a new television set since I barely used it, but my wife had other ideas. She loved watching her soaps and reality shows, and ever since we came home from her sister’s house, she’s been dropping me hints about it. Flat screen TVs are the in thing nowadays, and she’s absolutely smitten by it.
We went to the mall the other day but went into different stores. I made my way to the hardware store while she went to the general direction of clothes and shoes. Much later, I happened to pass by the appliance store and I saw her there, staring at the flat screen tvs lined up by the store window. I had to admit that the colors on that thing were way better than our tv back home, and it was definitely bigger. I couldn’t resist the longing look on my wife’s eyes, but I won’t give in just yet.
