sanitary valves

Those who work with various equipment know how essential it is that connections fit well for the gadget to function properly. In some apparatus, sanitary valves are needed to isolate sterilization temperature so it can reach the full heat.

There are different valve positions used:

~The open position allows the flow of steam
~The closed or service position allows steam trap maintenance
~The trap isolated position allows condensate to flow past the ball purge holes during normal operation
