point and shoot digital cameras

When I graduated from college I bought a digital SLR camera. It looked complicated but it could be set to automatic mode. I like traveling so I bought a DSLR so I could take fabulous photos. The drawback of traveling alone is that I had to ask strangers and tourists to take my photo. This is when I realized that people still prefer point and shoot digital cameras because even if I told them all they had to do was press click, they still found my DSLR intimidating.

Point and shoot digital cameras today are so hi tech. They can capture photos clearly and some of them are almost as good as photos taken from digital SLR cameras. There are point and shoot cameras that come with features that are often found in SLR cameras. Some cameras have a fully manual mode that allows you to tinker with the settings. The range of point and shoot caners also vary from simple models with limited features to cameras with advanced lenses and features.
