When quitting seems to be next to impossible, measures should be taken to minimize damages that could arise from certain habits that we can’t break. Smoking can be a calming experience but the effects that it has on our body can be very dangerous – if not deadly. Good thing electronic cigarette was invented, launched and now available for sale in the market. This looks tastes and gives the feeling of its real counterpart but does not post any danger to one’s health.
Electronic cigarette comes with a replaceable cartridge and membrane that holds the water, nicotine, propylene glycol and the scent that mimics the flavors of tobacco and other cigarettes. It undergoes a process of vaporization where a vapor mist is released (which looks like a smoke) and immediately disappears into the air. This non-flammable device is not prohibited by the government as it is not dangerous to one’s health and does not post danger to non-smokers who are susceptible to second-hand smoke. Former “real” smokers enjoy this even better because they do not have to find a smoking area to get the pleasure that they are craving for.
